Cell-free DNA Amplification
Simplifying sequence to end-point testing
BioXp® DNA amplification kits
Candidate Sequence to transfection-scale DNA in a week
Telesis Bio’s BioXp DNA amplification kits allow you to amplify DNA constructs to transfection-scale quantities and skip tedious bacterial cultures and erratic service provider delivery times.
Leveraging the power of isothermal DNA amplification technology, the cell-free BioXp DNA amplification kits can be leveraged to redefine your DNA amplification workflow starting from a variety of user inputs.
Whether you are starting from a digital sequence or already have components or constructs on hand, our Select and De novo kit formats can help accelerate your time to transfection results with the push-button, walk-away, end-to-end automation of the BioXp system:
De novo BioXp DNA cloning and amplification kits: Allow users to submit a digital sequence for the generation of linear DNA fragments, clones of interest, and to generate isothermally amplified DNA.
BioXp Select DNA cloning and amplification kits: contain reagents for the generation of clones of interest and isothermal amplification of cloned DNA starting from user-provided linear DNA fragments.
BioXp Select plasmid amplification kits: contain reagents for isothermal amplification of plasmid DNA.
Robust cell-free DNA amplification
A new paradigm for transfection workflows
