Traditional workflows are limiting
Current laboratory molecular biology for synthesizing mRNA involve tedious steps that require skilled researchers to set aside valuable time to synthesize, assemble and clone DNA fragments. Followed by selection of the right construct to advance as a template for mRNA transcription. Completion of transcription, purification and confirmation of the mRNA following template preparation can take weeks.
